nonsense service

take a lot is taking advantage of their customers i mean in 1 week i made for orders to the value of over 2k but im still disrespected. Order #*** it says NIVEA SUN Q10 Anti-Age & Anti-***ments SPF50 Sunscreen - 50ml but i only received Q10 no sun screen,i called twice using my airtime and was promised and email and call back and nothing at all or is it how they rob their customers .its either they come and take back they Q10 reverse my money or send my sunscreen sies.
