Nondelivery on Christmas promises from Takealot

Management of the logistics of Takealot deliveries is appalling. Before I commited to place an order for several Christmas gift the delivery date was set for the 11th. After payment, the date immediately changed to the 24th. I had to change my holiday plans to wait for a parcel, which may or may not arrive today on the 18th. I'm still getting adds from Takealot to do last minute shopping online for Christmas, a promise Takealot clearly can't deliver on. Takealot should invest in more accurate delivery information before taking orders from clients they cannot deliver on - delivery information should be up to the minute.
