Non-transparent business practice.

I have been a long term buyer on Takealot and have always been happy with them but I recently experienced a bit of a ****my situation which makes me wary of trusting them. They advertised an identical product but under 2 different prices and guarantees-unfortunately I paid the more expensive price for a much shorter guarantee than the cheaper one on the site. Upon trying to sort this out, they only appoligized and moved on. I wanted to return it after 8 months because it became faulty. They refused. Yet still the identical product still has 60 months guarantee.
