NON SERVICE NON CO-OPERATION NO JOY

ORDER *** - delivered on 20th Jan with a connection missing. Have offered Takealot the option of returning item in exchange for a different device or for them to deliver the cord. With lots of mishaps - them trying to take short cuts - even with the photographs of all parts sent so that they could see what cord was missing, they finally delivered today the wrong cord again. Now I sit with two plugs - both incorrect. They have been chatting with me on facebook message - per their request - and now refuse to respond even though their social media is aware of the message and have been on the page. All I want is for them to keep their word and take back the laptop and replace it with the one advertized on one day special - I expect it at the advertized price as I notified them immediately it came on special that I am willing to swop.
