Non returnable product from Takealot

I am always very happy with my Takealot orders, but I recently ordered a set of printer cartages and when they arrived I realised I accidently ordered the incorrect model. When I tried to return this product (unopened), I see that it is non-returnable. Nowhere on the Takealot website is a phone number or email address to even discuss the problem with a real person. Shocking - the order was almost R1000
