Non-response from Takealot

I have been trying to engage with someone in management regarding the timing of delivery instructions. The consultants who e-mail me attempt to make excuses, and then when I respond to them, they ignore my e-mails. I have logged my request on their webpage, and that too is ignored. I would like to know how to log a formal complaint about their unacceptable level of service to me.
