Shocking attitude to the customers from the CEO. Sent an email to her several times, she does not think that her customer is important to respond. Dont want to deal with a business like this.

04 Jan 2024, 11:15I am still waiting for take a lot to sort this out, dispute sending mails to Kim Reid and Mamongae Mahlare. They say they are waiting for feedback from the couriers for a month, whilst I am out of pocket. They just dont care.
