non refundable e-books

<p>I couldn't download ebooks that I bought on the 16th of May. The books that I ordered on the day after downloaded beautifully. All the operator could say was that e books aren't refundable..he will pass the issue on to some other department, but there is no gaurantee. I dont want a refund I want what I paid for. R200 rands worth of ebooks! Now they have lost a customer that has spent thousands with them before! Sianara!!</p>
