Non operational treadmill

I bought treadmill at takealot , I connected it accordingly to the manual , after connections I realised that is uses special plug , I bought it from builders when I connect the plug the machine shows code of error 1 , I contacted Takealot to come atleast to connect the machine they refused , they come to collect it back to factory , they informed me that they can’t do anything with the machine they will return it like that . Am very disappointed about their service it poor they should have took machine to manufacture to check and send their technician to come connect for us , now am seating with machine that is not working non functional my money is gone they can’t even refund 😡😡 am so angry I won’t advise someone to buy any machine to the especially treadmill.
