Non existing help desk!!!

Been trying to pay my order for days, having issues and sent numerous emails to help centre. When you need to get your order,and get no feedback... Got one email back not solving any of my problems, rep**** as soon as I got the mail....now hurry up and wait again. They are very quick to cancel my R40 000 order, seems like they don't care at all about the customer. Not a happy camper at all.
