Non Existing customer Service

Your customer service is currently non existant. I have been receiving orders to my physical address, sms's sent to my cellphone number for Orders I did not place, I have sent e mails and yet another sms received today for goods that is going to be delivered yet again something I did not order. This is wasting my time, and wasting the people that is picking the orders time as well as your delivery teams time. What does a person need to do to get these deliveries to stop. Since customer service is not very helpful at all.
