Non-existent service

REALLY POOR SERVICE. Received my order, A Canon DSLR kit, a few minutes ago. The box was not sealed (it was not inside a Takealot box either. The lens has blemishes on the inside and a small scratch on the outside. The worst part of this experience is that I can't reach Takealot to resolve this issue - see the message below. What was meant to be a really exciting moment, turned sour. TAKEALOT.com WELL… THIS IS AWKWARD! The page or product you’re looking for has vanished into thin air… don’t you hate it when that happens? (by ‘vanished’ we mean it’s probably moved, or no longer exists) But since you’re here, check out some of the stuff below that may just float your boat. We could not find any recommendations for you right now.. sorry
