Non-existent customer support

Worst experience it has been more than 4 weeks since I returned a faulty item to takealot and still haven't received anything and also have not received any useful communication. Every day I send an email and someone will reply in a few days and say they are working on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO RETURN ANYTHING
