Non-Existent customer service(Order at your own risk)

My lord. Where do I even start. I've been ordering from Takelot for years now. Small purchases at first which later on became massive orders. I'm all about convenience and I KNOW I could defs get cheaper prices literally anywhere else but takealot was just so convenient for me. I ordered an item (filtered shower head) along with a pair of shoes. The shoes came but the shower head never did. I informed Takealot and they communicated with me, and we settled the issue. They even confirmed on email that it was a packing issue on their side and ALL that needed to happen was for them to deliver the damn shower head? LOL, ONE MONTH LATER AND STILL NO SHOWER HEAD. They went RADIO silent on me. I've sent email upon email - no reply. I've called - no answer. I've chatted on whatsap - ghosted.

Now usually I wouldn't make a big fuss over R1600 but honestly at the moment its a matter of principle. I've spent thousands on Takealot only for them to treat me like absolute ****.Its not right and its not fair. Will never order from them again.
