Non existent customer service. particularly after sales

Very disappointed with Takealot, this is now my second order in recent months where I place an order only to discover that an item is out of stock. after waiting for some time I am informed that the item is no longer available. but if you visit the store the item is available. I now have to order up to get a replacement item without delivery costs
