NON existent customer service form Takealot

They do not deserve the one-star rating. My last 4 order from Takealot turned out to be disasters. Always late, promise the world then do not deliver. You never have the opportunity to report matters to management. The just sent you a mail stating it will be escalating to a manager who will call you back and that never happen. IO am done with you Takealot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
