Non Existent Customer Service

The words Takealot and Customer Service do not belong in the same sentence. I mistakenly selected the wrong delivery date. Immediately contacted them to assist. You cannot call them only email.

They responded to say I cannot change the delivery date and I cannot cancel !

I should have listened to everyone's advice and steered well clear of these guys. They are a total joke.
