Non-existent Customer Care, its Shocking!!!

I needed to return an Order. Followed the process by logging the return on the App, and dropped off the goods at the local branch. The internal broken telephone, with the branch was shocking. Its taken almost two weeks to process my return and they still haven’t got it right!!!
