Non-existent collection up of returns service

This is my first ever return, as to now - Takealot delivered what I ordered.

I’m disappointed with Takealot’s return by collection from my place of stay service. It’s non-existent. I had the wrong product delivered today and on immediately logging the request, the collection option defaults to collecting from one of their centres. When calling their centre to complain, I got a recorded message saying to keep in line with Covid, they are closed. I specifically chose delivery option for this reason and the convenience. Takealot, please fix your site.
