Non existent client centric s****s

Good day,

I just recieved the order and am yet to use it. I am very unsatisfied with the guy who did the delivery, he remained parked in his vehicle and just hooted twice, never bothered to enter the yard. Coincidentally i was going out to my car then he spotted me and shouted that he has a delivery from takealot.

When asked why doesnt he enter he rep**** with attitude that he didnt know whether there would be anyone home without even having attempted to see. This is also a waste of time and resources for takealot in addition to customer dissatisfaction, had we had to wait for the package to arrive.

His rudeness and attitude is highly unprofessional and a bad reflection for the company. Hope something will be done about his stinking attitude.
