Non existant customer service

I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service specifically for returns. They do not contact to advise on collection day and there is no customer service number one can call. There is also no email address to send communication to. Returns are still standing in my house and today they sent a small vehicle when they are aware I am returning a big furniture item! This is probably the last time I will be visiting they website!!!
