Non Delivery. Poor response to get some help from them.

No better than the courier company used. 2 weeks later items not delivered. Appointments made but not arrival. According to tracker logging our for delivery but 2 days later back in warehouse. Where are the parcels in those uncountable days. My guess been opened and ******.
