Non delivery on dates promised - Pathetic!

<p>I ordered two seperate parcels in the space of a week.</p> <p>First parcel was promised (via speed speed service) to be delivered on a Friday (paid next day delivery) and received an sms that the parcel will only be delivered the Monday. SMS received and later that day received the parcel. (Phoning or Emailing this pathetic company yields no response).</p> <p>Second parcel was then ordered and on the tracking page it was promised to be delivered 20 December 2016. Today, I received an SMS that the parcel was undelivered as there were no one at the business address specified - seriously? Reception knows nothing about anyone dropping off (or wanting to drop off) any parcel. Security at the entrance to the business premises knows nothing of a parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>They also don't update their website's order tracking section which still shows yesterday's date of delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER use, or refer someone to use this ****y online business again. I would rather spend $ amounts getting things from Amazon. </p> <p>Typical SA service!</p>
