Non delivery of parcel from Takealot.com

I placed an order on the 11 May and paid same time. Scheduled the delivery for Monday 15 May. Monday got feedback that the parcel could not be delivered since I was not available. Nonsense!! We have camera's facing the gate and there was no delivery vehicle in sight. Same Tuesday and same is happening today. Received an email to say driver was instructed to deliver before 12:00. No driver. It is 13:00 now and still no closer to my parcel. Pathetic service !!!
