Non delivery of parce

I would say no stars. I was not in the office to take delivery of the parcel so put a note on the door to say deliver next door or at Leapfrog. Neither of them took delivery of the parcel and I am still waiting for a response from Takealot. They stated that delivery was effected to me which was not the case.
