Non-delivery of order placed on 17 November 2016

<p>The order was placed in November for a birthday on 9th December - well it is now 20th December and I still have not received the parcel despite telephoning the Takealot help desk and Mr Delivery in Durban - so far all I have received is sms's declaring that the delivery could not take place but would be re-scheduled for the following day ; I am waiting for Takealot to do something spectacular to address the problem - this could be my last online purchase from this company !</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
