Non delivery of order excuse given time has now expired

I ordered a standing desk and mat in nov and the mat worth R1200 was not delivered. After lodging numerous compliants I was informed that i would have to return the desk whilst all i was asking for was for the additional component to be delivered. I was then advised it is too late as 30 days has expired. Since then i have repeatedly contacted takealot and been told agents would revert but it looks like I will never receive this item worth R1200 and may as well write off the loss. This is essentially *****. I caution you to not order from takealot as you will receive zero support and be forced to take legal action to receive your order.
