NON-DELIVERY OF LAPTOP - BUT CHARGED AND CANNOT GET A REFUND

I bought a laptop on 9/11/2022 on BUDGET instalments on my credit card - but immediately realised I needed a bigger HDD than 128GB. Immediately followed their procedure to "cancel the order" and as agreed to, would not take delivery. All went well and I have docs to show that the laptop stayed in their warehouse - but now we are fighting for a refund, which they said they gave. They charged the STRAIGHT account on 9/11/2022, reversed it on 9/11/2022 then charged it again on 14/11/2022 and again reversed it on same date. Then on 5/12/2022 the BUDGET instalments started being debited with finance charges and that continues until today, 21/3/2023. I have had to trf the principal amount owing on BUDGET to my STRAIGHT account to reduce these monthly charges. I am thus being forced to pay for a laptop I did not receive. I have dealt with Takealot for years, but in the first instance of a return, I had to BATTLE to get a refund - now they have a laptop which I am paying for and i cannot get a refund. Never again, Takealot. I will now have to escalate this to the higher authorities, being at best, theft, at worst, **********.
