Non-delivery of items, Poor service delivery

Ordered a box of M&M's that were supposed to be 16 units x100g, but when opened, only 14 units were inside. The box was sealed but there is a tab that was opened and was obviously tampered with. Also ordered NPL glutamine which came in a packet, and was torn! Reached out to takealot via email and got a response saying it has been escalated but no further communication. Their customer care is terrible!
