NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS

Good day

As mentioned before, you guys delivered a parcel to me 29th May 2020, the box had my name and address on it - inside the box was cooking utensils and nothing that i had ordered. I then logged a return on the website and contacted you via the FAQ's as there is not other way to actually contact you. I was told to log a return on website for all my stuff which i have done.

I took a picture of the items received and sent it previously. On friday 05th June your driver came to collect the stuff i incorrectly received. Then a different driver came today and I told him I already gave my shipping to him. I received a notification saying no package has been collected, I SHOULD THEREFORE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS WERE COLLECTED ON FRIDAY.

PLEASE ADVISE WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE ACTUAL ITEMS THAT I ORDERED...THIS WAS A FATHERS DAY PRESENT I ORDERED 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND YOU HAVE MANAGED TO MESS THIS AROUND. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME SO THIS CAN BE RESOLVED.
