Non-delivery of items

I ordered items on Black Friday. I did not receive the recipe book that I ordered and immediately informed them when the rest of the items was delivered the following week. Today I was notified that the weight of the items was correct and matter closed. Fact of the matter, the book never was delivered to me. I only received a box with Clinique products which had a label on that it contained liquids. Who would put a book in a box that is marked to have liquids in? So it seems to me that Takealot now acuse me of being dishonest and I have to suffer the loss of not receiving a book that I ordered through them and which they never delivered. This is absolutely disgusting service!
