Non-delivery of item

I wish to lodge a complaint against Takealot for non-delivery of a bookstand which was one item of an order The announced date of delivery of the order was 16 November 2020. However, the item was not included in the delivery. I reported the matter by means of three emails without any success. I tried phoning Takealot numerous times, but they were not available
