Non-delivery & Non-Responsive

<p>I ordered something more than a week ago based on the fact that TakeAlot.com promised delivery with th 3 - 4 working days. After a week of not receiving any correspondence I followed up and was informed that the warehouse lost the item that was received from the supplier. I was informed that I would have to wait another week. Nothing was done until I called up to follow. I would expect the warehouse to realise their mistake and take remedial action before the client complains. I could have ordered it from another supplier who would have delivered by now.</p> <p><br />When I escalated the query, Sheron undertook to call me back with feedback. Unfortunately she did not keep her promise. When I followed up with her the following day I was informed that she is busy and can't take my call but that she will call me back. I later received a call from a call centre agent to inform me that Sheron was on her way to a meeting and will not be calling me back after all.</p> <p><br />I called the head office where everybody is also busy in meetings and unable to attend to clients. I was promised a call back from Liezel. I'm still waiting for this call. It is so unfortunate that TakeAlot, who was good in the past, turned into the unreliable and arrogant mess that is currently is. </p>
