Non-Delivery, No Accountability and Poor Service - takealot.com

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, so I made an order, and was told it'd be delivered on the 3rd of April, then in the morning of the said day, I get notification that my parcel is out for delivery (from the Nelspruit branch) imagine my shock when a few hours later I get an update that says my order is at the wrong courier facility and is being re-routed. I've sent numerous emails and communications trying to find out where my order is being re-routed to, everybody keeps saying, you'll be notified when it's at the correct branch", like what branch when I'm clearly in the Nelspruit area, can I at least pick up the order then. Then I am given a tracking number of the courier company that has taken my parcel, and the agent gave me a bogus tracking number that the courier company cannot find.

I am beyond exasperated with takealot.com this was the last time I use them
