NON-Delivery and pathetic customer service

I received an sms on 11 November that my order #*** is on its way and scheduled for delivery before 5pm by Skynet couriers. I made a call on the same day to the delivery department (Mr D Courier) at 15:26pm to make sure the order was still being delivered that day. I spoke to Nqobile who told me the order is on route and will be delivered. I made arrangements to stay at the address so delivery could be made. The order was NOT delivered and I made a call again to Mr D Courier at 17:00pm and I spoke to a gentleman who told me he will check up on it and get back to me... of course he never called backl. 8AM on 12 November I called Mr D Courier again this time spoke to Jaydee-Lynn who told me she will find out where my order is and call me back. I made a call again at 10:30 and pretty much the same story... It has now been over 5 hours since I was told that Jaydee-Lyn would check where the order is and get back to me, I seriously doubt she will ... is Takealot so pathetic they cannot determine where an order is after 5hours? Takealot has given great service previously so I am shocked and saddened by this experience. I will think twice before buying from Takealot again.
