Non delivery and empty promises

I place an order on Sunday and paid for express delivery to receive the order on Monday. I received messages that the order is out for delivery and by 8 pm no attempt to deliver was made, by 8:45pm I received a message saying that they attempted to deliver but nobody was there to receive it, which is bull**** as I was home the entire day. After a phone call this morning they ensured me that I will receive delivery today before 5pm it is now 5:16pm, still NO delivery.

Simply lying to customers.
