Non delivery

Half of our TAKEALOT order was delivered to our address n 22nd Dec. It was due on the 23rd Dec so we're happy. Rest of order was not delivered as of now 24th Dec at 18.58. Made a call to TAKEALOT HO said they would deal with the courier. The courier made 2 deliveries to our address in 2 days and yet they still haven't delivered the rest of the order. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE COURIER SERVICE. Since the missing items have not been delivered on the said date, 23rd Dec, I would consider this theft.
