Non-delivery

I have been purchasing stuff from Takealot since 2021 without issues(whether I choose delivery or collection option) my order was meant to be delivered today and I haven't received it and yet your App states delivery took place on at 13:16 today! Where and to who was my order delivered to(what verification/authentication measures do you take to ensure the goods are delivered to the actual client?) I expect you to rectify this by no later than COB tomorrow should I not have my items or my funds refunded back to me I will take this matter to the ombudsman or whichever consumer regulatory body!
