Non Delivery

After I placed an order on Sunday.( ********** 5).. I received an sms confirming my order & delivery taking place yesterday(Thursday). Nobody bothered to contact me that the parcel will only be delivered on Monday. I have tried to make arrangements with someone from Fedex to deliver before Monday. I even offered to pay for speed services but no one is willing to help. I am leaving for Durban on Monday morning & I need the parcel before then..it is outrageous that my parcel cannot be delivered as promised. Monday is too far. I am not happy at all
