Non delivered baby essentials

I ordered baby essentials on the 6th of May, today its the 25th of May and they haven't been delivered, I paid for my products when I ordered them and the delivery status on their tracking app has been shipped since the 6th of May. Can I please get my refund and go order somewhere else.
