non communication from takealot

Good day

My phone just shut down on the 3rd June, which was 7 months after i bought the phone. The phone was then collected on monday. I was informed i will be kept in the loop with everything happening . my 21 days is lapsing on the 29th June, and i have been informed if my phone will be replaced or fixed. im seriously unhappy as im currently inconvienced after not even using the phone for 2 years. When checking on google on the phone, its written that the phone does have a common issue of just shutting don, therefore im expecting for the phone to be replaced by the supplier.
