Nokia 530 Inferior Product
The Nokia 530 is clearly an inferior product. First time removal of back cover screen cracked. This was done according to instructions without any undue force using thumb and forefinger. Appears that it is a very common issue with this phone, repair shop has already had five in for repair with same issue and there are numerous complaints on Nokia/Microsoft forums.<br> Explained the problem and asked for another model phone which I would then pay in the difference. I was informed that they do not take back damaged goods. In short, what Takealot are saying.....we don't care about the quality of our merchandise, we don't care if our customers are unhappy about it and we also don't care if they have been a customer since 2005.
