Noise from depot. - Nothing gets done.

<p>I am a tennant, who rents a room directly opposite the depot in Rondebosch/Little Mowbray, motorbikes roar past starting at just after 7am, delivery people talk loudly, and don't seem to care that they live next door to a residential area. People live with children around here, and the way some of the drivers drive, leave a lot to be desired. Nothing is being done despite past assurances. </p>
