Noise at MR D, extremely disruptive for residents, NOTHING LASTING HAS BEEN DONE, DESPITE PROMISES.

<p>I am a resident, who stays directly opposite MR D in Mowbray, and I have to deal with daily occurances of people revving their motorbikes, talking extremely loudly, giving little regard to the residents who live here, and have to put up with their goings on, they litter, they walk their bikes accross the pavements, engines roaring, they just don't give a hoot about those who live around the factory. I wish that MR D in Mowbray could be shut down. </p>
