Nobody knows where my vacuum cleaner is.

<p>I bought a vacuumcleaner at Takealot. It felt so effortless and easy to place the order. but somebody got it confused for a cod delivery, although i paid by credit card. After numerous phonecalls trying to solve the confusion they decided to accept my money but not deliver. 6 days after my initial order they decided to cancel my order. so more phonecalls and emails later I still don't have an answer if my vacuum cleaner will be delivered. For a first time user of the service I'm hesitant to buy from them again. </p>
