Nobody can tell me when my package is coming.

<p>Ordered a product on the 4/5/2016 from takelot.com item was supposed to be delivered on the 6/5/2016, how ever nothing has arrived to date which is now the 9th, I have phoned takelot.com delivery team on the 6th once,7th three times,8th twice and 9th once so that's 7calls ,I was told that fedex tried a Delivery but no one was home however I was home the entire time ,gate was open and my phone number is on the package ,not once did some one knock or phone me? That aside the 7 calls iv made each time the agent says they are escalating the matter with fedex but each time I am told there is no reply yet? I get no corrispondance or return calls as I requested , at the moment I have no idea where my parcel is or when it's coming.</p>
