No way to unsubscribe from their newsletters!!!

I don’t get it! I am a take a lot client but cannot get them to unsubscribe me from their irritating newsletters. They have an “unsubscribe “ button but it conveniently DOES NOT wor**** I have contacted the help desk who promised me that they would unsubscribe me. No luck. I have now decided to stop buying from them. SAD!!
