No voucher from Take a lot after I paid

I paid for a 1000 rand gift voucher and no email yet. Tried to email them and I received an email back saying the email address in question is no longer in use. I would just like to find out how long it will take to email me the gift voucher. My order number is Order #*** and my email address is *** the same email I used on the take a lot system for them to email me.
