No value no service no parts to assemble a Chair

Bought a Chair for a fair amount of money. Waited an extended period for delivery. When it was finally delivered the box was in a bad state and had been wrapped with clingwrap to keep it together. This is a brand-new chair!! There are no assembly instructions, and there are no nuts bolts and Allen keys to put it together. I've just got some chair parts!!!
