No TV delivered

I ordered a TV on 7 September 2023 at 11am. It had a next day delivery promotional tag.

The next day, 8 September 2023 at 11am I was notified that it is out for delivery and will arrive before 5pm. At 3:30pm I called the customer care line to check on the delivery, because I’ve had deliveries not make it after 3pm. I was told the driver is in the suburb next to mine. I called 4 more times with the last time being 4:45pm.

Still no delivery, no answer from the branch office, no manager available to take my call on all 5 occurrences. I had a call centre agent tell me there is nothing more she can do, Brenda and then dropped the call on me.

At 5pm I got a notification that the TV was delivered. I have not received a delivery and now cannot get hold of takealot.
